Our Infrastructure

A champion team of DFFC leaders at the local level who are comprised of parents, individuals, businesses, organizations and clergy actively involved with the community to engage, educate, plan activities and increase the level of awareness of the importance of fatherhood in the lives of children and the importance of healthy adult relationships ​through effective co-parenting. These individuals are inclusive and team players inviting the community to join their efforts to bring about positive change for their sector of the community for the well-being of children under the umbrella of the Delaware Fatherhood & Family Coalition.
